Enhancing the Golden Years - Preserving Independence Physically and Spiritually
How should we be thinking about our later years? 

Join us on Sunday, May 4 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm for a program on this important topic. This program is in two parts:  

Part 1 will explore the lifestyle options that are available to us as we age with Allison Beale, owner and founder of First Class Senior Care, who has been working in the Senior Care industry for over 10 years.  Allison runs an international business helping families, organizing logistics, and putting systems in place to help elders age safely in their home or relocate to a Senior Living community. Her role as a family counselor guides them to make educated choices.   

Part 2 will look at how our spiritual needs can be met when we might no longer be able to attend shul or our living situation prevents us from certain rituals.  Part 2 will feature Rabbi Yosef Kanefsky, senior rabbi at B'nai-David Judea Congregation, and Rabbi Jason Wiener, senior rabbi and director of the Spiritual Care Department at Cedars‑Sinai in Los Angeles.
