The Supreme Court must ensure fairness in the government's treatment of religions. Additionally, the Jewish community has long debated its needs: is it more important to protect the public sphere from the presence of Christianity, or to protect the private sphere from the absence of Judaism?

Come to a special Mishmar-style learning session, where we will follow up on the August Nosh N' Drosh on the Supreme Court as we read excerpts from Supreme Court opinions and discuss and debate the policy questions we face at a time of religious revival.
