Thank you for being part of the BDJ Family in 5785!  We are thrilled to join together for another year, and your membership and trustee-level support will provide the resources that we need to not only be together but to enhance.  Please fill out the form in full to avoid any delays with processing your membership and/or high holiday seats.  We are grateful for your support of BDJ and look forward to partnering with you in making BDJ better than ever!

MEMBERSHIP
Please choose the membership option that is applicable for your household.  If none of the options below work, you can input a dollar amount that is meaningful to you in the field right below the dropdown options.  

Young Professionals: For new YP members, there will be a three-year cap to eligibility for the YP rate.   YP members who have already been members for one year, will be eligible for two more years of the YP rate.   YP members who have already joined at the YP rate for two or more years, will have a one-year grace period to move up to the regular membership rate. 

Trustee Circle: The trustee circle offers members the opportunity to join at a higher level and includes full membership benefits, tickets to our annual gala, pledges to our holiday yizkor appeals, and automatic enrollment for mishloach manot. If you would like more information about our trustee circle, please contact Adynna at director@bnaidavid.com.

HIGH HOLIDAY REGISTRATION

Seating - Seating requests are honored on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. 
High Holiday seats are NOT included for the Associate membership level.
For 1 Adult Memberships, 1 High Holiday seat is included.  For 2 Adult Memberships, 2 seats are included. 
Additional seats can be purchased separately.

Teens - Teens in Grades 7+ can purchase seats at a discounted rate of $115/seat.  

Rechov Yeladim  - Please register below for your child ages 6 months to 6th grade ($115/child).    

Beit Midrash Minyan - The Beit Midrash Minyan will begin a little bit earlier, and offer a more intimate setting. To daven in the Beit Midrash Minyan (Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur mornings only), please select "Beit Midrash Minyan" as the location.  Please note that davening in the Beit Midrash will be open seating and that the times when you join the Sanctuary davening will also be open seating.  An usher will be able to assist you in finding open seats in the Sanctuary for Kol Nidrei, Mincha and Neilah.
