WELCOME BACK!
Thank you for being part of the BDJ Family in 5784!  We are thrilled to join together for another year, and your membership and trustee-level support will provide the resources that we need to not only be together but to enhance.

When you complete your form, please note that we are offering Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur morning minyanim in BOTH the Main Sanctuary AND in the Beit Midrash. Both minyanim will offer inspiration, music and meaning, with a commitment to maintaining a pace and meter that is maximally conducive to spiritual focus. The Beit Midrash Minyan will begin a little bit earlier, and offer a more intimate setting.

MEMBERSHIP
The chart shows our membership dues with different levels for a 1-Adult or 2-Adult household in each category.  There will no longer be a "Newlywed Rate" but rather the first year of YP Membership will have a discounted fee.  If the options below do not work for your household, you can input a dollar amount that is meaningful to you in the field right below the dropdown options.  


In addition to the membership dues above, you also have the option to join at our trustee circle level membership. The trustee circle offers members the opportunity to join at a higher level and includes full membership benefits, tickets to our annual banquet, pledges to our four annual holiday appeals, and automatic enrollment for mishloach manot. The trustee circle begins with our Chaver David level at $6,000 and has different tiers up to $50,000. If you would like more information about our trustee circle, please contact Adynna at director@bnaidavid.com.

HIGH HOLIDAY REGISTRATION

Seating - Seating requests are honored on a first come, first served basis.  Seating requests cannot be guaranteed.  High Holiday seats are NOT included for the Associate membership level. For 1 Adult Memberships, 1 High Holiday seat is included.  For 2 Adult Memberships, 2 seats are included.  Additional seats can be purchased separately.

Tweens and Teens - While there will be special programming for students in grades 6 - 12 during portions of our High Holiday services, our Tweens and Teens will require seats at a discount rate of $110/seat.  

Rechov Yeladim  - Please sign up your child ages 6 months to 5th grade using the high holiday registration below.    

Beit Midrash Minyan - Check the box if you would like to join the Beit Midrash minyan on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur mornings (all other davening will be in the Sanctuary)
