11:45 AM - 12:30 PMZionism and Zoology - Biblical Wildlife and the Case for Israel.
A BDJ/Scientists in Synagogues Program
Many of the animals described in the Bible have been misidentified in English translation. This is usually the result of a lack of appreciation for the scientific concept of biogeography - the fact that different geographic regions are home to different animal species - and its relationship to human history. A proper understanding of this topic not only sheds light on Biblical interpretation, but also demonstrates the Jewish People's connection to the Land of Israel at a time when many dispute it.
Registration is required for extended care. Registration closes on Friday, August 2 at noon.
All extended care registrants will be brought down at the end of the class.
Please list the names of your children in the notes section.
Sorry, Registration has ended.
