Pregnancy loss is all too common in our community, but for many reasons, this kind of loss often isn’t talked about. As a BDJ family we want to destigmatize pregnancy loss and understand how to support those who have experienced it. At this special Friday night oneg we’ll have a conversation featuring Rav Yosef and Maytal Shainberg, who is the founder of
Forever My Angel, an organization supporting Orthodox families affected by stillbirths and neonatal deaths. Please join us as we learn more about the Halacha behind pregnancy loss, grieving and termination, and how to support families who have been through these. The program will also include space for reflection and processing for individuals and families affected by pregnancy loss.
