Administration reserves the right to consider implementing open seating in lieu of assigned seating due to growth challenges b”h.

Please make sure to include any new additions to your family and to update school and allergy information. Be sure to mark the “Attending High Holiday Program” box if applicable, and complete the forms even if you will not be here for the High Holidays.

Memorial Book Form

This is an opportunity for you to honor and remember loved ones—parents, grandparents or even good friends—by having their names printed in the Yahrzeit book used during the High Holidays. The deadline for submitting names is, September 2nd.

Calendar Form

Place your business in the Shul calendar, so that members know who to call when they need a tutor, a new hat or a doctor. Forms are due by Aug. 10.

Lulav Order Form
