First Burn Center in Eastern Congo:
Congolese surgeon Dr. Leon Mugenga was trained in Israel then he returned to Congo with Israeli plastic surgeon Dr. Eldad Silberstein to train Congolese surgeons who began supervised practice of their new skills at six hospitals in Congo where maimed people are coming out from hiding.
