Children six months to third grade enjoy our celebrated Shabbat program, Rechov Yeladim. Rechov Yeladim is not a babysitting service, but an extension of the shul. Children not only have fun here, but learn and grow, develop and flourish, while parents get to concentrate and maximize their davening experience.

Rechov Yeladim is located upstairs and is open every Shabbat and Yom Tov. All groups start at 8:45 am - the same time services start - and end at the conclusion of services in the shul. Childcare is also provided during Friday night services, and for most shul programs.

Each group has a dedicated room with age-appropriate toys and activities, directed by caring counselors, all of whom are certified in CPR.

Groups are divided by age:

6 months to 24 months
2 year olds
3 year olds
4 + 5 year olds
1st - 3rd grade boys
1st - 3rd grade girls

During your next visit to our shul, please ask a greeter (or anyone else) to show you to Rechov Yeladim

Every few weeks, our 4-10 year-olds are treated to Party with the Patriarchs (check the events calendar). On these Shabbat afternoons, children and their parents break into facilitator-led groups for games and activities, then come together for spirited, kid-oriented davening.
